501(c)3 Community Grant Application

2025 Grant Applications are due by October 6, 2025.

The 2025 application window closes at 4:30pm on Monday, October 6, 2025. All grants received by that date will be considered by the foundation Board of Directors and notified of final award or decision by December 1. Grants may be submitted at any time but will not be considered until the application window closes.

This program is for 501(C)3 charitable organizations in our community seeking financial assistance for specific projects.

The application must be completed in its entirety, including appropriate signatures.  In addition, the application should be accompanied by the following to the request:

Charitable Organization grants are limited to 501(c)(3) organizations in Montgomery and Stewart Counties.

Charitable Organizations Requests for Support:

  • Completed application

  • Organization’s current year budget

  • Detailed statement of how the funds will be used

  • Supporting photos

  • IRS 501(c)(3) Status Letter

  • Most recent tax return

  • Board of Directors names and affiliations

  • Organization’s mission statement

  • Any additional supporting documentation

To Apply for Aid:

  1. Complete Application and submit to Foundation Office with supporting

    documentation. Incomplete applications will not be considered;

  2. Additional information/documentation may be requested and will be required to be

    submitted within 30 days;

  3. Final determination will be made by a vote of the SOS Board of Directors;

  4. Final decisions will be relayed to applicant at the email provided on the

    application;

  5. Funds will be distributed at a Clarksville Association of REALTORS® event in

    January of 2026.

  6. Funds will be payable to the applying organization, not an individual.

  7. Unless specifically prohibited, photos and/or information may be utilized for

    informational or fundraising purposes.
